After you schedule a service call I get to work and get you an individual estimate ready. For this, I will have a personal look at your property. If you feel the need to meet me in person for this, leave a comment in the additional notes section and I will contact you to set up a meeting time.

That really depends on your wishes. Unless otherwise stated, I will provide multiple options so you can choose what best fits your needs.

My suggestion is to clean your windows at least once every year. However, I do offer discounts for recurring services starting with twice every year.

Screens and tracks are add ons. If you wish for them to be included, I will clean them.

That depends a little bit on the property but in general up to 3.5 stories using deionized water and a water-fed pole and up to 24 feet using a ladder.

I also clean Solar panels using deionized water.

I will try my best to honor your wishes on this, but sometimes it will still not be possible due to how scheduling works out. If there is interference with other jobs I will contact you so we can find a good spot to fit you in.

That really depends on the property. I charge a minimum of $140.00 for residential customers and it goes up from there. If you schedule with your neighbors I will lower my minimum since I only have to drive out once.
